Related party transaction, description	In return, the Company paid Mr. Saylor a one-time fee of $388,945 for the initial 90-day term. At the option of the Company, the Company may elect to extend the term for an additional 90-day period for up to a total of three additional 90-day periods. The Company will pay an additional amount of $388,945 to Mr. Saylor for each additional 90-day term that the Company exercises.
