Commitments	NOTE 12 – COMMITMENTS ​ Renewable energy tax credits: The Company has entered into an agreement to purchase federal renewable energy tax credits (“RETC”).  As of June 30, 2023, the Company has committed to purchase approximately $300 million RETCs upon the credit transfer date, which is anticipated to occur by September of 2024.
