Commitments	NOTE 13 – COMMITMENTS ​ The Company has a conditional agreement to purchase federal renewable energy tax credits (“RETC”).  As of June 30, 2024, the Company had a remaining commitment to purchase approximately $200 million RETCs, with the final closing payment anticipated to occur by June of 2025.
