employees. This data is needed, for example, for investors to assess if a company is masking poor retention rates through expensive recruitment
and hiring efforts. If a company is able to hire but not retain diverse employees, this would indicate operational inefficiencies and
raise concerns about the functionality of the remaining workforce.</P>
