We exclude antidilutive Mondelēz International stock options from our calculation of weighted-average shares for diluted EPS. We excluded antidilutive stock options and performance share units of 3.3 million in the third quarter of 2022 and 2.7 million in the third quarter of 2021 and 2.9 million in the first nine months of 2022 and 3.0 million in the first nine months of 2021.
