Subsequent Events	Note 23.  Subsequent Events February 2013 Equity Offering On February 5, 2013, we issued 9,200,000 common units to the public (including an over-allotment amount of 1,200,000 common units) at an offering price of $54.56 per unit.  This offering generated net proceeds of $486.6 million, which were used for general company purposes.
