Stock Repurchase Programs	Stock Repurchase Programs We repurchased and retired 7.4 million, 11.3 million, and 17.1 million shares of Common Stock under our stock repurchase programs in 2020, 2019, and 2018, respectively, at a cost of $1.4 billion, $2.1 billion, and $2.8 billion, respectively.  On September 26, 2017, our Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to an additional 50 million shares of Common Stock through December 31, 2022. As of December 31, 2020, 20.7 million shares remain authorized for repurchase.
