Stock Repurchase Programs	Stock Repurchase Programs We repurchased and retired 12.6 million, 12.7 million, and 7.4 million shares of Common Stock under our stock repurchase programs in 2022, 2021, and 2020, respectively, at a cost of $3.1 billion, $3.4 billion, and $1.4 billion, respectively.  On March 29, 2022, our Board of Directors authorized a new program for the repurchase of up to $10.0 billion of Common Stock beginning April 1, 2022. As of December 31, 2022, $7.5 billion remains authorized for repurchase. Our previous share repurchase program terminated on March 31, 2022.
