SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	20.         SUBSEQUENT EVENTS ​ In April 2020, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire a three-story office building located in Uxbridge, United Kingdom for approximately $10.0 million. The acquisition of the building is expected to close in mid-May 2020. The building is currently being leased by the Company.
