SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENT In January 2014, we entered into an agreement with Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (“Palo Alto Networks”), whereby Palo Alto Networks paid us a lump sum payment of $20.0 million for a six year mutual covenant-not-to-sue which precludes either party from asserting claims of patent infringement against the other party. The agreement also contained a release of past claims.
