Amendment Description This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment No. 1”) amends the Annual Report on Form 20-F of América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“América Móvil,” “we” or the “Company”) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, filed on April 29, 2024 (the “Original Form 20-F”). This Amendment No. 1, which replaces in its entirety the Original Form 20-F, is being filed solely to correct information that was inadvertently added or omitted during the process of filing the Original Form 20-F. The corrected information does not affect the Company’s audited financial statements filed with the Original Form 20-F. This Amendment No. 1 reflects information as of the original filing date of the Original Form 20-F, does not reflect events occurring after that date and does not modify or update in any way disclosures made in the Original Form 20-F, except as described above.
