Subsequent Events	Subsequent EventIn November 2021, we entered into a definitive agreement to acquire VNDLY, a provider of a cloud-based external workforce and vendor management technology, for consideration of approximately $510 million, consisting principally of cash, subject to adjustments. The acquisition is expected to close during our fourth quarter of fiscal 2022, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals.
