Revenue is measured as the amount of consideration we expect to receive in exchange for transferring goods or providing services. Adjustments to sales incentives for previously recognized sales were insignificant and increased revenue by $310 million in the three months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024.
Contract liabilities in our Automotive segments primarily consist of vehicle connectivity, customer rewards programs, maintenance, extended warranty and other contracts of $7.7 billion and $6.6 billion at June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, which are included in Accrued liabilities and Other liabilities. We recognized revenue of $606 million and $1.2 billion related to contract liabilities in the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and $455 million and $945 million in the three and six months ended June 30, 2024. We expect to recognize revenue of $1.3 billion in the six months ending December 31, 2025 and $1.9 billion, $1.3 billion and $3.3 billion in the years ending December 31, 2026, 2027 and thereafter related to contract liabilities at June 30, 2025.
