Business Acquisition, Pro Forma Information, Description     Pro forma earnings for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011 were adjusted by $50.6 million and $7.1 million, respectively, for non-recurring acquisition and other costs. Pro forma earnings for the three months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011 were adjusted by $41.3 million and $3.0 million, respectively, for non-recurring acquisition and other costs. Adjustments were also made to pro forma earnings for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011 for recurring changes in amortization, interest expense and taxes related to the acquisition.
