Recent Accounting Pronouncements Recent Accounting PronouncementsThe Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”) establishes changes to accounting principles under GAAP in the form of accounting standards updates (“ASUs”) to the Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”). The Company considers the applicability and impact of all ASUs. Any recent ASUs were assessed and either determined to be not applicable or are expected to have an immaterial impact on the Company’s results of operations, financial position, or cash flows.
