Adoption of New Accounting Principles	2. Adoption of New Accounting Principles Effective January 1, 2013, the Company adopted Accounting Standards Update (“ASU”) No. 2013-02, “Reporting of Amounts Reclassified Out of Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income.” The adoption of ASU 2013-02 concerns presentation and disclosure only and did not have an impact on the Company’s consolidated financial position or results of operations.
