Marburg, 22 March 2007 – The Board of Management and Supervisory Board of
3U TELECOM AG announce that six lawsuits for rescission of the resolutions
and declaration of nullity have been filed with Frankfurt/Main District
Court against all the points on the agenda at the extraordinary general
meeting from 15 January 2007.
The administration of the company assumes that the filed grounds for
rescission are not justified and that the lawsuits will be rejected.
