Board Chairman, Mr. Hubertus Kestler, resigned from his office with
immediate effect on 6 August 2007. His resignation was tendered for
personal reasons and with the consent of the company. Business
Administration graduate Peter Marcus Coch has been appointed to the
Supervisory Board as a new member by the District Court of Marburg at the
request of the Board of Management and Supervisory Board.
