to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
3U HOLDING AG, Marburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on May 29, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.145% (this
corresponds to 1626272 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.145%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1626272 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Tassler.
