On May 29, 2012, Mr Dieter Tassler, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
3U HOLDING AG, Marburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on May 29, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.15% (this
corresponds to 1,626,272 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.15% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1,626,272 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Tassler.

According to Article 22 Section 4 of the WpHG: The general meeting of 3U
HOLDING AG was held on May 31, 2012. The total percentage of voting rights
after the general meeting is as follows: 0.00% (this corresponds to 0
Voting Rights).
