to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
3U HOLDING AG, Marburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on May 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 5.46% (this
corresponds to 1929341 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.18% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1829230 Voting Rights) is to be
