to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
3U HOLDING AG, Marburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of
the Voting Rights on August 11, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.67%
(this corresponds to 2004000 Voting Rights).
