NunaMinerals A/S ("NUNA") ("NunaMinerals" or the "Company") announces that the
company has received notification that a creditor has filed a petition for
bankruptcy of NunaMinerals with the Court of Greenland.  The court meeting is
scheduled for Thursday 30 June 2016. 



The Company hopes to be in a position to petition for a compulsory payment
composition proposal to be put towards creditors shortly thereafter. 



The Company will make a further announcement following the hearing on Thursday.
