RELATED PARTIY TRANSACTIONS Amounts due from related parties mainly represent unsecured loans provided by the Company to an equity investee, of which RMB302,524 (US$48,136) relates to loans with a right of conversion to the equity investee’s equity securities at the option of the Company. As the equity investee is a non-public entity, the conversion feature does not satisfy the net settlement criterion and is not bifurcated in accordance with ASC topic 815-10, Derivatives and Hedging: Overall. Amounts due to related parties represent unsecured and interest-free loans provided by an equity investee to the Company.

Amounts due to related parties represent unsecured and interest-free loans provided by an equity investee to the Company.

- Definition

The entire disclosure for related party transactions, including the nature of the relationship(s), a description of the transactions, the amount of the transactions, the effects of any change in the method of establishing the terms of the transaction from the previous period, stated interest rate, expiration date, terms and manner of settlement per the agreement with the related party, and amounts due to or from related parties. If the entity and one or more other entities are under common ownership or management control and this control affects the operating results or financial position, disclosure includes the nature of the control relationship even if there are no transactions between the entities.
