RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In July 2019, the Company entered into a lease agreement to lease certain office space located in St. Louis, Missouri, from an affiliate of one of the Company’s co-founders and current member of its board and directors, Mr. Jim McKelvey, under an operating lease agreement as discussed in Note 19, Commitments and Contingencies. The lease commencement date is expected to be in April 2020. The term of the agreement is 15.5 years with total future minimum lease payments over the term of approximately $42.7 million. The Company has not yet recognized a right of use asset and lease obligation under this agreement as of September 30, 2019.
