Depreciation expense on property and equipment was $105.5 million, $82.1 million and $66.8 million for the years ended July 31, 2021, 2020 and 2019, respectively. Amortization expense of software was $9.5 million, $10.4 million and $7.6 million for the years ended July 31, 2021, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
