Beijerinvest AB får härmed anmäla (s.k. flaggning) att bolaget genom byte avyttrat 200.000 A-aktier i Beijer Alma AB till Anders Walls Stiftelse (802010-1161) och från nämnda stiftelse förvärvat 200.000 B-aktier i Beijer Alma. Antalet aktier i Beijer Alma är oförändrat hos Beijerinvest, men transaktionen - som är av intern karaktär - innebär att Beijerinvests röstandel i Beijer Alma nedgått till under 20 % och uppgår numera till 19,6 %.

The legal basis for FI to compile and publish these so-called major shareholding notification announcements is that this document is necessary for FI to carry out a task in the public interest (Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Chapter 4 of Act (1991:980) sets forth that major shareholders are obligated under certain conditions to notify FI when buying or selling shares and that FI must disclose this information. Chapter 12, sections 10–11 of FFFS 2007:17 specifies the required content of the major shareholding notification.
