Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events Asset write-down charges In October 2024, as part of the Company's previously announced changes to its operating plans in an effort to enhance returns in the Fiber segment, the Company completed discussions with certain of its customers and jointly identified approximately 7,000 greenfield small cell nodes in its contracted backlog that both parties mutually agreed to cancel. These cancellations are expected to result in a $125 to $150 million asset write-down charge in the fourth quarter of 2024.
