Schedule of Variable Interest Entities

As the Company has determined that SPE Building 1 and SPE Building 2 (collectively, the "SPEs") are VIEs of which the Company became the primary beneficiary upon the effectiveness of the arrangements in July 2018 and April 2020, respectively, the Company has consolidated the assets and liabilities of the SPEs in its consolidated balance sheets as of December 31, 2021 and 2020 as follows.
