Neben dem hochprofitablen Kerngeschäft wird das Unternehmen künftig seine Kraft verstärkt auf das E- Business im Internet ausrichten. Ziel ist es, in naher Zukunft alle notwendigen Prozesse des Bereichs Planen, Bauen, Nutzen auf einer Business to Business-Plattform im Internet abzubilden und damit neue Standards für eine ganze Branche zu setzen. Bereits heute ist die Nemetschek AG im E- Business erfolgreich: Mit einem E-Shop mit 17.000 Artikeln von Hardware über Software bis hin zu Verbrauchsmaterialien. Mit procoon.de für Projekt kommunikation und Projektmanagement online, mit Electronic Document Management und mit Computer Aided Selling. Herzstück der Neuentwicklung wird die Tochtergesellschaft MyBau.com AG. MyBau.com wird der führende Marktplatz und Business-Magnet für E-Commerce, E-Business, E-Services in der umsatzstarken Baubranche werden. Geschäftsjahr 1999: Umsatzwachstum 41 Prozent Der Nemetschek Konzern ist einer der weltweit führenden Lösungsanbieter von Informationstechnologie für das Planen, Bauen und Nutzen von Bauwerken und Immobilien. Über 160.000 Kunden arbeiten in 14 Sprachen in 80 Ländern auf allen Kontinenten mit Nemetschek Standard Software. Im Geschäftsjahr 1999 konnte der Konzern seine Marktstellung in allen Geschäftsfeldern kontinuierlich ausbauen. Der fakturierte Konzernumsatz erhöhte sich auf 245 Mio. DM von 173 Mio. DM in 1998. Die in 1999 akquirierten Unternehmen trugen 18 Mio. DM zum Umsatz bei. Nicht in den Konzernumsatz einbezogen wurden die Umsätze der assoziierten Unternehmen von 30 Mio. DM. Das Wachstum basiert im wesentlichen auf einer Steige rung im Inland um 50 %, die auch aus den getätigten Akquisitionen resultiert. Der Auslandsumsatz erhöhte sich um 20 %. Ergebnis mehr als verdoppelt Im Geschäftsjahr 1999 wurde ein “hervorragendes Betriebsergebnis” erzielt: es stieg um 108 % auf 37 Mio. DM. Die Umsatzrendite konnte auf über 15 % angehoben werden. Das Ergebnis vor Steuern wuchs auf 38 Mio. DM. Dies bedeutet eine Steigerung um 125 %. Die rasante Entwicklung von Umsatz und Überschuss hat das Ergebnis je Aktie von 0,94 DM auf 1,79 DM erhöht, vor Firmenwertabschreibung liegt das Ergebnis je Aktie bei 2,35 DM gegenüber 0,99 DM im Jahr 1998. Diese Ergebnisse sind auf der Basis von 9.625.000 Aktien gerechnet. More than 160,000 customers in 80 countries on all continents use standard software from Nemetschek in 14 languages. In the 1999 business year, the Group successfully strengthened its market position in all business units. Invoiced Group sales rose to DM 245 million from DM 173 million in 1998. The companies acquired in 1999 contributed DM 18 million to sales. The Group’s sales figures do not include the DM 30 million generated by associated companies. Growth was largely based on a domestic increase of 50%, which also resulted from the acquisitions made. Sales abroad increased by 20%.
