Die Nemetschek AG, eines der weltweit führenden Unternehmen bei IT- Technologie und Consulting im Bereich Planen, Bauen, Nutzen und viertgrößter deutscher Hersteller von Standard-Software, hat auch im zweiten Quartal des Geschäftsjahres 2000 gute Umsatz- und Ergebniszahlen erwirtschaftet. Der Konzern konnte von Januar bis Juni den Umsatz um 20,7 Prozent auf 128,8 Mio. DM steigern (1.Hj. 1999: 106,7 Mio. DM). Das Betriebsergebnis erreichte 14,2 Mio. DM, das entspricht einer Steigerung von 28,3 Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahreszeitraum (11 Mio. DM). Die Umsatzrendite liegt somit bei 11 Prozent (10,3 Prozent). Das Betriebsergebnis vor Firmenwertabschreibung beträgt 17,6 Mio. DM, das ist ein Plus von 40,4 Prozent gegenüber Vorjahreszeitraum (12,5 Mio. DM). Auch beim Cashflow verzeichnet die Nemetschek AG eine deutlich verbesserte Entwicklung: Der Perioden-Cashflow nach DVFA-SG konnte im ersten Halbjahr um 36 Prozent auf 13,7 Mio. DM erhöht werden (1. Hj. 1999: 10,1 Mio. DM). Das DVFA-SG Periodenergebnis vor Firmenwertabschreibung erhöhte sich um 54,3 Prozent auf 9 Mio. DM gegenüber 5,9 Mio. DM in 1. Hj. 1999. Das Ergebnis je Aktie vor Firmenwertabschreibung liegt somit bei 0,94 DM gegenüber 0,61 DM im Vorjahr. Im Mittelpunkt der Unternehmensaktivitäten steht zur Zeit der Aufbau der Internet-Gesellschaft MYBAU.COM AG, die im vierten Quartal ans Netz gehen wird. MYBAU.COM soll der führende Marktplatz und Business- Magnet für E-Commerce, E-Business und E-Services in der Baubranche werden. Die Nemetschek AG plant insgesamt Investitionen von rund 60 Mio. DM. Im ersten vollen Geschäftsjahr 2001 rechnet man mit einem Umsatz von 16 Mio. DM. Für das Gesamtjahr 2000 erwartet der Vorstand eine weiterhin gute, aber dennoch verhaltene Gesamtentwicklung. Eine schwächere Konjunktur in der Bauindustrie, die verzögerte Einführung einer neuen Software-Generation und die Aufwendungen für die Internet-Gesellschaft bremsen das Wachstum. Man erwartet per 31.12. einen Umsatz von voraussichtlich rund 300 Mio. DM und ein Betriebsergebnis von rund 45 Mio. DM. Nemetschek AG, one of the world’s leading vendors of information technology and consulting services for building design, construction and management, and fourth largest vendor of standard software in Germany, once again recorded good sales and profit figures in Q2 of 2000. Between January and June, the Group managed to increase sales by 20.7 percent to 128.8 million DM (first half 1999: 106.7 million DM). The operating profit rose to 14.2 million DM, a year-on-year increase of 28.3 percent (11 million DM). This represents a profit-turnover ratio of 11 percent (10.3 percent). The operating profit before goodwill amortization amounted to 17.6 million DM, up by 40.4 percent from the same period last year (12.5 million DM). Nemetschek AG has also recorded a significant improvement in the cash-flow: The period cash-flow according to DVFA-SG increased in the first six months by 36 percent to 13.7 million DM (first half 1999: 10.1 million DM). The DVFA-SG result before goodwill amortization for the period under review increased by 54.3 percent to 9 million DM from 5.9 million DM in the first half of 1999. This represents a result of 0.94 DM per share before goodwill amortization compared with 0.61 DM in the previous year. The focus of company activities is currently on setting up the Internet company MYBAU.COM AG, which is due to go online in Q4. MYBAU.COM is expected to become the leading marketplace and business magnet for e-commerce, e-business and e-services in the construction industry. Nemetschek AG is planning to invest a total of approximately 60 million DM. Sales of 16 million DM are expected to be achieved in the first full business year (2001). For the year 2000 as a whole, the managing board expects the overall development to be good, though restrained. Low activity in the building industry, the delayed launch of a new generation of software and the expenses for the Internet company are slowing down growth. Sales are expected to attain approximately 300 million DM per December 31 with an operating profit of around 45 million DM.
