Nemetschek associate companies IBD and Henke & Partner merge
Munich, November 26, 2001. Nemetschek AG is merging its two subsidiaries IBD
GmbH and Henke & Partner GmbH & Co KG to form Nemetschek Bausoftware GmbH, which
will be headquartered in Achim near Bremen. The merger between the two
companies will become effective on January 1, 2002. Nemetschek AG will hold a 92
