Dividends	Dividends In October 2002, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had approved and instituted a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock. The Company has continued to pay quarterly dividends and has increased the amount of such dividends on a regular basis. Cash dividends paid per share were $0.910, $0.747 and $0.733 during fiscal 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively. Total dividend payments amounted to $503.8 million, $388.3 million and $350.1 million during fiscal 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
