Amendment Description On October 18, 2024, WEC Energy Group, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original 8-K”), which announced the appointment of Warner Baxter and John Lange to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective January 1, 2025. At the time of the Original 8-K, the Board had not made a determination regarding any committee assignment for Mr. Baxter or Mr. Lange.
