On May 30, 2019, Robert J. McNally, President and Chief Executive Officer of EQT Corporation (the “Company”), distributed the following message to the Company’s employees:

Hi everyone — since we’ve had a few employee communications this week, I will make this one brief.

This morning we issued a press release that announced the launch of a website — VoteGoldForEQT.com. The site includes information regarding our upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders and how shareholders can vote their shares in support of the EQT team using the GOLD universal proxy card. Additionally, the website provides great background on our slate of director nominees, including videos from our three newest candidates — Janet Carrig, James McManus II and Valerie Mitchell. Take a few minutes this week and watch each video to learn more about their qualifications. I think you’ll be impressed.

I promise that your management team and Board of Directors are doing everything we can to support the best interests of EQT and all of our important stakeholders — including all of you.

Let us know if you have any questions, and please stay safe in all you do today at work and at home.

Thanks,

Rob
