Share transactions	Share-Based Compensation During the 2024 first quarter, the Company granted 0.4 million stock options, 0.5 million performance share awards and performance share units (“PSAs/PSUs”) and 0.7 million restricted shares and units to certain employees. The stock options were valued at the grant date using the Black-Scholes option pricing model. The weighted average grant-date fair value of the stock options, PSAs/PSUs and restricted shares and units granted during the 2024 first quarter were approximately $30.73, $93.28 and $87.22 per share, respectively. Such values are being amortized over the respective substantive vesting period. During the 2023 first quarter, the Company granted 0.5 million stock options, 0.6 million PSAs/PSUs and 0.8 million restricted shares and units to certain employees. The stock options were valued at the grant date using the Black-Scholes option pricing model. The weighted average grant-date fair value of the stock options, PSAs/PSUs and restricted shares and units granted during the 2023 first quarter were approximately $23.49, $74.06 and $69.25 per share, respectively. Such values are being amortized over the respective substantive vesting period.
