Other Events

On October 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) approved an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Company’s Deferred Compensation Plan for Executive Officers and Directors (the “Plan”).  The amendments introduced by the Amendment include:


 (i)
allowing payment of deferred compensation to a designated beneficiary in the event of a participating Executive or Director’s death; and

(ii)
certain technical and administrative amendments

The foregoing is a summary of certain terms and conditions of the Amendment and is not a complete discussion of the document. Accordingly, such description of the Amendment in this Item 8.01 is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of Plan, conformed to include the Amendment, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1.
