Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events: On October 31, 2012, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of the Company’s common stock.  The dividend will be paid on December 4, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 19, 2012.
