Capital Stock and Dividends:

Capital Stock

The authorized capital stock of the Company consists of common stock and preferred stock.  In 2011, the stockholders approved an amendment to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 100 million to 200 million shares.  The Company is also authorized to issue 40,000 shares of Preferred Stock, with such designations, rights and preferences as may be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors.

On February 6, 2013, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of the Company’s common stock.  The dividend will be paid on March 12, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 25, 2013.
