BUSINESS AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION	BUSINESS AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION Business— Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, “Ubiquiti” or the “Company”) develop high performance networking technology for service providers, enterprises and consumers globally. The Company operates on a fiscal year ending June 30. In these notes, Ubiquiti refers to the fiscal years ended June 30, 2017, 2016 and 2015 as fiscal 2017, fiscal 2016 and fiscal 2015, respectively. Basis of Presentation— The Company’s consolidated financial statements and accompanying notes are prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”) and include the accounts of Ubiquiti and its wholly owned subsidiaries. The Company has wholly owned subsidiaries in Lithuania, Hong Kong, China, Latvia, Czech Republic, Canada, Ukraine, Poland, India and the Cayman Islands. The Company’s Hong Kong subsidiary also operates a branch office in Taiwan. All intercompany transactions and balances have been eliminated. The Company has reclassified certain amounts reported in the previous period to conform to the current period presentation.
