SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 29, 2025, the Company closed on the acquisition of 13 properties located in Arizona, Nevada and Utah. The Company acquired 11 of the properties on a wholly-owned basis for $118,250, with the remaining two properties entering joint ventures where the Company’s investment totaled $2,455.
