Subsequent Event	10. Subsequent Event         On July 22, 2014, we amended our senior credit facility (the "Facility") provided by a syndicate of banks increasing our borrowing capacity from $175.0 million to $250.0 million. The Facility, which is available for borrowings and letters of credit, expires in October 2019. The terms, covenants and conditions of the amended agreement are substantially consistent with the previously existing agreement.
