Subsequent Event	17. Subsequent Event ​ Effective as of February 1, 2023, we acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of Eldeco, Inc. (“Eldeco”), an industrial contractor founded in 1972 and headquartered in South Carolina, which performs electrical design and construction services in the Southeastern region of the United States. We expect this acquisition to initially contribute annualized revenues of approximately $130 million to $140 million. ​
