Section 7 - Regulation FD

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Beginning September 17, 2019 and through October 2, 2019, members of PPL Corporation's ("PPL" or the "Company") senior management will meet with analysts and investors during a series of meetings and conferences to discuss the Company's general business outlook. During these meetings, PPL is expected to reaffirm its 2019 earnings forecast of $2.30 to $2.50 per share, with a midpoint of $2.40 per share. The Company also expects to reaffirm its compound annual earnings per share growth rate of 5% to 6% through 2020, measured against its original 2018 ongoing earnings forecast midpoint of $2.30 per share, and maintain its 2021 earnings forecast of $2.50 to $2.80 per share. Beginning on September 17, 2019, a copy of the presentation to be used during these meetings will be available on PPL's Internet Web site: www.pplweb.investorroom.com/events.
