Note 7—Capitalization

Secondary Offering

In March 2017, the Company completed a secondary offering in which 6,331,991 shares of Class A common stock were sold by certain selling stockholders to the public at a price of $35.50 per share. The underwriters were also granted an option, which they exercised in full, to purchase up to an additional 949,798 shares of Class A common stock from the selling stockholders. The Company did not receive any proceeds from this offering. The Company incurred approximately $0.9 million in offering costs during the three months ended March 31, 2017, and these costs were included within general and administrative expenses in the condensed consolidated statements of operations.
