Employee Stock Purchase Plan (“ESPP”)

Stock-based compensation expense related to the ESPP totaled $6.3 million and $6.4 million for the three months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively. Stock-based compensation expense related to the ESPP totaled $14.1 million and $10.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.

On January 1, 2020, the number of shares available for issuance under the Company’s ESPP was increased by 0.5 million shares in accordance with plan provisions.
