Turner, age 60, to the Board effective September 19, 2018, increasing the size of the Board from 12 to 13 members. Ms. Turner has been elected to serve for a term expiring at the Company&#8217;s 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and until her successor shall have been elected.
