In accordance with the treasury stock method, the Company has included the following common equivalent shares in the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, solely relating to outstanding stock options and restricted stock units:

For the three and nine months September 30, 2013, there were no anti-dilutive outstanding options or restricted stock units. Outstanding options and restricted stock units to purchase or receive 267,208 and 229,474 shares of common stock for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2012, respectively, have been excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common and common equivalent shares as such options and restricted stock units would be anti-dilutive.
