In accordance with the treasury stock method, the Company has included the following common equivalent shares in the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, solely relating to outstanding stock options and restricted stock units:

Outstanding options and restricted stock units to purchase or receive 105,570 and 135,858 shares of common stock for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2014, respectively have been excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average number of common and common equivalent shares as such options and restricted stock units would be anti-dilutive.
