OTHER CHARGES (INCOME), NET	OTHER CHARGES (INCOME), NET Other charges (income), net includes non-service pension costs (benefits), (gains) losses from foreign currency transactions and related hedging activities, interest income and other items. Non-service pension benefits for the three months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018 were $1.2 million and $1.6 million, respectively and $3.5 million and $4.7 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively.
